Arcachonnaise house with a large and pretty wooded garden in a quiet area, not overlooked. At the bottom of the garden in a green setting, a swimming pool of 4.6m x 2.7m surrounded by a large deck. Ideally located, 5 minutes' walk from the tram, 4 km from the center of Bordeaux, 15 minutes from St Jean train station and the airport, 45 minutes from the Bassin d 'Arcachon , close to all shops. Independent 40 m2 studio. Located in the garden, attached to the main house. Close to the city center, 5 minutes from tram A (direct to the center) and bus 9 (direct to St Jean station). Local shops (bakeries, restaurants), 2 minutes from a McDonald's. Bright and very quiet because it does not overlook the street but overlooks a beautiful flower garden! There is no kitchen but there is coffee and tea making facilities as well as a fridge and microwave. Towels and bed sheets are provided.

An Auchan and a baker are also 400m away for your groceries. ⚠️ THERE IS NO WIFI.⚠️ Netflix on the TV. Direct self access to the studio by the garden.
