This is a 2 bedroom townhouse ideally located in the heart of Auckland's bustling seaside suburb of Takapuna. Just a 5 minute walk to some of the vibrant top cafes, restaurants, shops, one of Auckland's most stunning swimming beaches and the world class Takapuna Beach playground. Takapuna also has a large market every Sunday morning where you can find fresh fruits, vegetables and all kinds of other treasures. It's a great place to stay, with everything you need right on your doorstep.

Studio 16 Devonport

Studio 16 is a self contained modern light filled space perfect for a couple. It is open plan in design with bedroom, lounge and kitchenette in one. An Air Conditioning unit is in this area. The separate bathroom is fully tiled with a large walk in shower. There is also a spacious walk in wardrobe with ample room for your suitcases. A washing machine is in this area. This is a smoke and pet free property.
