The house is within walking distance of Safeway, Spindleshanks Restaurant, the North Tahoe Beach center, golf course, and downtown Kings Beach. The cabin has been extensively remodeled. The cabin has very level access (only two steps to the house) There is an expansive deck with propane BBQ (summer only) for outdoor living.
