Charming Williamstown Cottage

This beautifully restored small home in the heart of Williamstown is the perfect location for visitors to the attractions of the Berkshires. Walk to the theater, shopping, restaurants, Williams College campus and Sterling and Francine Clark Art Institute. A king master bedroom, 2 twins in the second upstairs bedroom, a full sized futon in the 3rd bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa provides sleep for 7-8 in total. All the amenities one might need for a comfortable stay are here for you!

Even the journey here is part of the adventure. *4WD & Snowtires are needed during winter & early spring due to the possibility of snow or mud* This property requires a lot of upkeep and the steward will likely be onsite during your stay, however the whole house will be exclusively reserved for your booking. Lake House in Averill Park, NY

Our lake house is on Glass Lake in Averill Park, NY. In case you want to venture off, it is close to Saratoga (race season!), the Berkshires MA, Albany NY, and Vermont. Incredibly private with spacious property. Our lake house is great for families with kids and couples, and handicap accessible. It is great for any season (leaves, skiing, fishing, swimming). Kayaks, row boat.....and the lake!! Booking guest must be at least 25 years old.

It has three walls of windows that display the amazing views. The house is surrounded by Mount Anthony hiking trails and a gorgeous pond. The location is a 5 minute drive to town or a lovely 20 minute walk.
