The residence is located in the center of Pec pod Sněžkou. There is a ski bus stop in front of the apartment. The building has a restaurant with all-day operation. The apartment is fully equipped, including an elevator. The living room and bedroom have a TV and free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a washing machine. The apartment has a large balcony, its own lockable box (for skis, bicycles) and a garage in the underground part of the residence. Nearby are grocery stores (60m), bakery, post office, pharmacy, tennis courts, wellness.

A quiet neighborhood in the middle of the lower Karpacz, surrounded by meadows with nice visits of roe deer, deer and rabbits. At the same time, it is close to the center (10 minutes on foot). The apartment has been completely renovated and is open to our guests from February 2024. Great for a family of four. You can sleep comfortably in two bedrooms. You have the entire floor in the attic. In the surrounding area, you will find many tourist destinations for hiking, cycling and MTB, and in winter for cross-country skiing or downhill skiing. Ski resorts can be found right in the village or in the vicinity. Popular large resorts Harrachov (15 km) and Rokytnice nad Jizerou (6 km).

Villa Alpina - studio attic annex - 2 people view

If you're looking for a place close to everywhere, you've come to the perfect place. Pension Villa Alpina is located in the very center of Szklarska Poręba, very close to the ski lift to Szrenica (5 minutes on foot), Netto store (5 minutes), children's slopes (2 minutes). From the windows there is a view of Szrenica. Each room has a bathroom and a kitchenette. You'll find balconies on every floor outside of the loft rooms. We have parking spaces around the building, which is a big sign!

The resort has 12 houses for 8 people with an area of 68 m2. Each house includes a living room (fold-out corner sofa), three bedrooms (3 double beds and 2 single beds, kitchen, bathroom (shower, toilet), separate toilet and a spacious terrace of over 20 m2. There is a common room with a playroom and a ski room. It is possible to sleep for another 2 people on a fold-out corner in the living room. Breakfast delivered to your door is available on request for an additional fee.

Accomodation available for single travelers, families with kids. Small pets are OK. Breakfast is included and it is served in the deli store Lahudky Vahala (downstairs, same building as the apartment).
