A seven minute walk will bring you to Chittenango Falls Park with it’s majestic waterfall and lots of trails. The property is backed by the NYS walking trail that follows an old rail line. The historic Village of Cazenovia is four miles away. Hillside has everything you’ll need for a quiet getaway. Good dogs allowed. No cats.

Other notable destinations include two blocks from the MOST and Armory Square and one mile to Syracuse University. The apartment has granite counters, tiled bathroom, washer & dryer and an office area.

Our place is conveniently located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail (1/2 mile) for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with a farmhouse theme with our decor. We live next door and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

The townhouse is located in a secure building in the historic armory square. Many nice Bars and restaurants are located on the same street right outside the building. MOST and landmark theater are within walkable distance. Destiny Mall & Syracuse University are 5 min drive away. Stairwell to apartment is narrow and could be a challenge for some. Access to fenced private family garden if you like. We are often around and outside but the apt is very private.
