Beautiful cottage, idyllic nature, near StockholmC

This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 25 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Auch für befreundet Reisende bietet sich die Möglichkeit, die benachbarte Strandstuga und Haus Kilstrand gleichzeitig zu mieten und so mit Freunden unterwegs zu sein und trotzdem seine Rückzugsmöglichkeit zu bewahren. This is a perfect place to get away, dream, rest, breathe and be a part of the archipelago area in a exclusive setting. Kayak rental is available from our private pier. The house is on the mainland and easy to reach by car.

I huset finns också en bäddsoffa som rymmer två gäster. - Badstrand i närheten. - Närmaste matvarubutik finns i Bygdsiljum, 8 km bort - Närhet till slalombacke, 8 km.

Litet mysigt gästhus på en lummig tomt. 400 m från stugan ligger sjön Mälaren. Här kan man bada vid en brygga eller liten strand om sommaren och åka skridskor på vintern. Nära vackert naturreservat med grillplatser och fin skog. Stugan har ett rum och badrum. Här finns ett litet, men fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin. Det finns en säng (140 cm) samt en uppfällbar gästsäng (70cm). I badrummet finns tvättmaskin, dusch och toalett. Lakan och handduk ingår.
