Nybyggt gästhus som stod klart 2021! Här bor ni med 2,8 km till kustpärlan Hunnebostrand & dess mysiga samhälle med sina affärer, hamnar & härliga badplatser. Bostaden är belägen mellan två stall på lugn gata med lite trafik. Lantligt läge med vacker natur runtomkring. Dream place by the lake

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

Fantastisk stuga alldeles intill sjön. Bastu, badtunna och båt med motor. Lång brygga vid stranden och badflotten i vattnet. Stugan ligger i ett område med 7 stugor men helt avskilt från grannar. 5min från E4. Affär finns 10min bilfärd från stugan. Stugan saknar elektricitet och rinnande vatten. Färskvatten förses under vistelsen med vatten i dunkar. Båt tillgänglig maj-okt. Badtunnan är under nybyggnation och blir klar när vattnet sjunkit undan. Beräknas vara klar mitten/slutet av maj.

Enkel campingstuga renoverad 2021 belägen i utkanten av gårdens trädgård. Stugan har ett rum med ett enkelt kök och en våningssäng med två bäddar plus två sängplatser i bäddsoffa. Toalett med separett renoverad 2021 samt en enkel dusch med varmvatten som ligger cirka 25 meter från stugan. Toalett och dusch delas med vår andra campingstuga. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår ej i priset, men kan väljas till för 75 kr/set. Städning ingår ej men kan köpas till för 200 kr.
