Treat yourself to stay in this newly built tiny house, in the middle of a peaceful setting close to nature. You live with walking distance to Bokskogen, just outdoor swimming as well as the nice golf course The National. If you want to go to Malmö, the bus stop is only 200 meters away, and if you prefer the bike, there are also nice bike paths. The accommodation has two single beds in the loft, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. There is a beautiful bathroom with shower, as well as a kitchen, where there are both dishwasher, washing machine and fridge.

The living room features a corner sectional sofa and a wooden coffee table, illuminated by natural light from large windows. A black wood-burning stove is positioned against a textured wall, accompanied by stacked firewood. Decorative plants are arranged on windowsills, enhancing the space.

A full floor in the basement with bedroom (double bed) shower room & living room with sofa bed, projector & fireplace. Part of house, but private entrance & locked up to the rest of the house. Possibility to put in an extra bed. A stone's throw from fantastic nature reserve with several nice barbecue areas, hiking trails and mountain biking trails. Among other things, there is an outdoor swimming pool (summer time), library, 2 pizzerias, hamburger restaurant and grocery stores in the village. Public transport to Malmö/Lund. Close to Sturups airport.
