Winter cottage near beach, outdoor gym, restaurant, spa.

Private accommodation close to the beach with fireplace and lovely garden. 250 meters down to the beach or 200 to the outdoor gym and playground. Within walking distance, there is an excellent restaurant (2nd Sandbanken) that offers everything from a la carte to pizza, as well as two ice cream kiosks. The bus is close to Ystad and Trelleborg. Within cycling distance, you will find about 10 different types of restaurants, among others. Hörte Brygga, Pille Hill and Bongska Huset in Abbekås. Dogs are always welcome and a good fence is around the property.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Fresh house with fenced garden and large patio located in beautiful forest environment. Recently renovated with new kitchen and bathroom and newly painted finishes. Two separate bedrooms with a 180 cm bed in each room. Newly built bathroom with shower and WC. Open-plan with kitchen and living room leading on to patio and garden. WiFi is included as well as 65" smarttv that can be used for your own streaming account. Gas grill and 2 bicycles are available.

Make some beautiful memories at our unique & family-friendly house from 1916. It comes with a dreamy guest house & large private garden where you can enjoy lunches under our fruit trees or a candlelit dinner under the grape vines (covered patio). It's 900m to Lomma South Beach & 1300m to the harbour & Lomma North Beach which is a large sandy beach with Windsurfing/Kite Surfing. Välkommen till denna omsorgsfullt renoverade 1920-tals villa beläget i rofyllda Kulladal, Malmö. Det är det perfekta boendet för familjer och par som vill fly från innerstadens liv, men ändå vara nära det som händer. Du är bara: 10 minuter från Malmö centrum 10 minuter från Hyllie arena (konserter, sportarrangemang) och köpcentrum (Emporia) 15 minuter från Lund 20 minuter från Kastrup 40 minuter från Köpenhamn Huset lämpar sig bäst för 6 personer, med möjlighet för ytterligare 2.

The house is located in the village of Svarte which has a popular sandy beach. Svarte is easily reached by train or car from Malmö, Copenhagen, CPH Airport etc. The house offers all modern amenities, in a chilled out environment with great activities at your door step. Perfect for two people, but we can also arrange space for up to four guests. The farm is only 15 minutes from Malmö, 30 minutes from Kastrup & 45 minutes from Copenhagen.
