B&B Smûk Tytsjerk

Relax and unwind in the beautiful and quiet village of Tytsjerk. At our house, we have a beautiful accommodation with a homey, warm atmosphere where you will quickly feel at ease. In the area you can completely unwind; come for a nice walk and bike ride. In the village, there is the forest of Ype, and in Burgum, you will find sauna de Leeuwerikhoeve. By bus or car, you can be in Leeuwarden in no time to shop, go to the bios or have a bite to eat. Dokkum is also recommended, or Groningen.

Villa Rose (on the waterfront)

Stay in one of the most beautiful villas in Friesland. The entire upper floor is at your disposal. Includes bathroom with bath (no bubbles), a living room with luxury sofa and television with Netflix, Videoland and a mini kitchen with microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The accommodation is sustainable (hardly any gas use) and equipped with air conditioning in the living room + bedrooms. In the winter months, it can be heated. There is a charging station for charging the electric car (cost).

The Landscape

In this luxurious spacious home, you will experience rural life at its best! With a magnificent view over the countryside in the characteristic landscape of the Frisian Forests, it is wonderful to relax. Even from your bed, you can enjoy the great views and a beautiful sunrise. Who knows, you might spot deer, cows, birds and hares in the meadow. Enjoy the alpacas in the yard. The Landzicht is a great starting point to explore the area. Located near nature reserves, Drachten and the A7.

Luxurious water house (100m2) with a large garden offering lots of privacy. On open waters. Shed for bicycles. Parking for 2 cars and space on the side of the houseboat for a boat with a maximum height of 1.7m. use of 4 x1 pers and 1 x 4 pers canoes in consultation. towel packages can be ordered for a fee. The houseboat is quietly located and is therefore not rented out to young people or for student, drinking and bachelor parties. Smoking and pets are not allowed in the houseboat.

A beautiful new detached villa in a beautiful setting with complete privacy. During your stay in this spacious, soothing accommodation, you will forget all your worries. A Jacuzzi, sauna, sunbed and electric box springs ensure that you can relax in a beautiful environment! Everything is just new and equipped with every comfort. As can be seen in the photos, there is a shed behind the house. This will not bother you, there is little to no movement and certainly not at night.

Tiny House “Sleeping on the Lytse Geast”

At the end of 2023, we converted our cozy B&B into an apartment that is equipped with all comforts. And we speak from experience because during the renovation of our own house, we lived in it ourselves! 🏡 Check also our w e b s i t e ! The stay is in a rural location, but also close to Leeuwarden and Dokkum. The perfect base for hiking and cycling. Your four-legged friend is welcome! 🐾 For the first day, you can order a luxurious DIY breakfast for 25.00 (2 people).

This spacious, detached upstairs apartment has a sheltered roof terrace and a living room with lots of windows that offer views of the famous Oldehove and the green, water-rich Prinsentuin. The Carriage House near Leeuwarden

Rural location on the Elfsteden route, on the edge of the Leeuwarder forest we rent out our "6 person coach house". The former coach house we have converted into a beautiful apartment and is next to our farm with private terrace on the south. Do you want to stay in a quiet environment where nature plays the main role then this apartment is for you. We, Ate and Gerda are owners since 2016 and have made our farm in Jelsum completely sustainable.

Entirely in style you sleep in our charming double bedstee or in the bunk bed. (Safe for kids) The wood fired hot tub can be booked for €90,- for a weekend and €120 for a (mid)week This is spacious for 2 adults (2 kids can join) The sauna is included for free. Inside is a nice sitting corner, stunning views and a cozy dining room with comfortable chairs. The cottage is next to the nature campsite (only open in summer)
