Interesting two-floor interior consists of a living room, kitchen and a dining room combined, two bedrooms with own bathrooms, and a wide terrace with a sea view. The apartment is very spacious and can comfortably host five adults. Each bedroom has a double bed, closet and a working desk with a wireless charging lamp. Extendable corner set sofa in the living room is suitable for 1-2 persons, while the central dining table is extendable for six. Our guests can easily relax in the apartment as it offers three smart LED TVs, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, fully functional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and an extensive selection of kitchen utensils. Spacious terrace is perfect for relaxation on four loungers, for having early breakfast or a romantic dinner while enjoying the sea view, and the scent of the sea, pine and cypress trees. The apartment is approximately 200 m away from the bus stop from which the bus number 6 will take you to the Old Town. There is a public parking space in front of the apartment, which is partly free of charge. Beaches, walking trails and parks are all close, together with shops, cafes and bars. Located on Lapad peninsula, in a quiet part of Dubrovnik, dining recommendations include a fish restaurant, also called Orsan, in front of the apartment. Local market is very close where you can find delicious groceries for your meal.

We are located next to the cable car and north entrance to the Old town. All you need is walking distance from the house. No need for any kind of public transport once you arrive! nice location near bay of Lapad where are best Dubrovnik beaches,rocky ones and sand ones.Port and bus station is few minutes away. 100 meters away is bank and post office,few restaurants and grocery store. host and owner are 24 hours available for any help needed. also veterinary for pets is 50 meters near. car parking is free in front of house and 50 meters away there is car parking place where anyone can pay for park his car.
