Interesting two-floor interior consists of a living room, kitchen and a dining room combined, two bedrooms with own bathrooms, and a wide terrace with a sea view. The apartment is very spacious and can comfortably host five adults. Each bedroom has a double bed, closet and a working desk with a wireless charging lamp. Extendable corner set sofa in the living room is suitable for 1-2 persons, while the central dining table is extendable for six. Our guests can easily relax in the apartment as it offers three smart LED TVs, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, fully functional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and an extensive selection of kitchen utensils. Spacious terrace is perfect for relaxation on four loungers, for having early breakfast or a romantic dinner while enjoying the sea view, and the scent of the sea, pine and cypress trees. Charming apartment in prestigious Dubrovnik part. Apartment consists of one bedroom, living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with TV, and a terrace. Apartment is fully air conditioned. Nearest beaches, restaurants, shops, bars, pharmacy, etc. are all within 5 minutes walking distance. Also there is excellent bus service to the old city of Dubrovnik and the bus will take you there in 10 minutes. Five minutes walk away from the apartment is the Uvala Lapad, a great place for a nice stroll around, with lots of bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, tourist information centre. It is a peacefull area with several beaches and is probably the place where you want to be when visiting Dubrovnik. Please note - no infants or children under 5 years old .

Studio "You & Me" is cute and comfortable studio for two, located in Dubrovnik, Lapad area, only 1 min away by foot from Lapad promenade and couple of minutes by foot from popular Sunset beach Lapad. Secured and free parking in our yard. Fast WIFI. Many bars and restaurants in the area. Also, we are 10 minutes away from the Old town BY BUS (about 3.5km far). The bus stop, supermarket, open green market are all in very short walking distance.

Apartman je na 150 metara udaljenosti od mora te šetališta Uvala Lapad i plaža. Studio apartman nalazi se na poluotoku Lapad. Za dolazak do šetališta i plaže, morate proći oko 160 stepenica, u Dubrovniku je nažalost nemoguće izbijeći stepenice. U blizini je mnogih restorana, plaža, kafića i trgovina te je na 5 minuta udaljenosti od autobusne stanice za Stari grad.
