The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

The sunny, bright granny flat is on the ground floor on the southwest side of an organic wooden house with a wooden veranda to the south and west side, with outdoor seating and an associated private garden. In the cozy atmosphere of the wooden house with a healthy indoor climate and quiet location, you can feel comfortable and relax. The sofa bed in the kitchen-living room can be converted into another single or double bed (2 m by 2 m). In addition, a crib and high chair are available on request.

The apartment is close to the town of Traunstein and still in the middle of nature. An ideal starting point for outdoor sports and activities in the surrounding mountains and lakes e.g. walking, cycling, hiking, wintersports and day trips. Our apartment is decorated with reclaimed wood, stone, and high-quality materials in the Alpine style. Most of the furniture is beautiful individual pieces. We racked our brains about how to create the greatest possible feeling of well-being. Coming in and feeling good while enjoying the great views of the Predigtstuhl was the goal. In the apartment building there is a large panoramic pool and a measly fitness area.😂 The house has a great location and very good accessibility.

Welcome to Rauchenbichl Castle in the heart of Salzburg city. Our newly renovated apartment is located in a historic estate at the foot of the Kapuzinerberg and is just a leisurely walk to the city center. The Rauchenbichlerhof is an imposing listed castle, with its own Baroque garden, which was first mentioned by name in 1120 and in which the former mistress of the French Emperor Napoleon I lived in 1831.
