I am happy to make my house available to nice people to explore the beautiful Chiemgau. My house is lovingly equipped with everything important. In the idyllic garden that borders directly on the Mühlbach, you can enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. The house is suitable for families. It is located below the historic town square (elevator 5 min). There are nice cafes, restaurants and shopping. The train station and bus station are only 10 minutes away.

Our apartment is a 3-minute walk from Traunsteiner train station, in a quiet location, 5 minutes from the city center, with nice cafes and shops. Shopping for your everyday needs are also a few minutes away. The apartment has its own entrance, room with double bed as well as single bed, which can be used as a sofa if not needed; small kitchen with all the necessary utensils... in case you need something and it is not there, just let me know

With a lot of love for detail, renovated in 2024, in the heart of the Chiemgau. The apartment is located in the Vorauf vacation park (83313 Siegsdorf) and can accommodate 2 people. The apartment has a nice and well-equipped kitchenette, a comfortable sitting and dining area and a large, 1.80 m wide bed, a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi and a spacious balcony, with beautiful outdoor furniture. Located in the heart of the picterous Chiemgau region, close to Salzburg, Austria as well as the Berchtesgaden mountain area. 80 sqm appartment on two floors with two bedrooms, cozy living room with big TV and kitchen/dining room for couples, families with kids or groups for up to five people.

The Häusl

Cottage flair in the heart of Chiemgau. The Häusl is an equipped wooden house in the garden of a detached house in Traunstein. Sleeping up to 2 people on about 45 square meters. Traunstein is located between Salzburg and Munich and is ideally located to experience the Chiemgau Alps, Lake Chiemsee, as well as culture and cuisine. The connection by public transport is given.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. A walking distance to the city center with its markets, cafes and beer gardens. In an hour you are in Munich. It takes 30 minutes to get to Salzburg. Both are easily accessible by train. The train station is a 10-minute walk from our house. Chiemsee, Wagingersee - 10 minutes by car :-)
