Luxury chalet on the alpine pasture, lake and mountain views

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The Losenbauerhütte is located at an altitude of 1,650 m, in the middle of the beautiful Tauplitzalm, the largest lake plateau in Central Europe. It originally dates back to 1503 and was completely renovated with much love in 2008. It is luxuriously equipped: gas central heating, underfloor heating on the first floor, sauna, very cozy, spacious kitchen-living room with tiled stove, 2 large bedrooms with open fireplace and a large terrace.

A small house is nestled among trees, illuminated by exterior lights. Its porch overlooks a swimming pond, reflecting the structure's outline. Lush green grass and tall reeds frame the scene, enhancing the natural setting. The atmosphere is calm and serene under the evening sky.

Peaceful oasis with pond

Visit our little cottage, where nature calms the mind. Enjoy the simple life in this centrally-located place in the middle of the thermal region -> Blumau, Loipersdorf, Tatzmannsdorf, H2O Therme, Waltersdorf, Stegersbach. In addition, the largest outdoor pool in Europe (HF) is about 20 minutes away by car. The Stegersbach golf course + Cafemühle Stgb.+ Therme Stgb. is also only a 35-minute walk away, offering a pleasant walk. In addition, there are beautiful bike paths. :)

The exterior of the building showcases a blend of traditional wood and modern design elements. Flower boxes adorn the windows, adding a splash of color, while a staircase leads to the upper level. The cloudy sky provides a contrasting backdrop to the earthy tones of the structure.

Our Stöckl in the center of Wald for 2 adults. + 2 children, or 3-4 adults +TOURIST TAX 2,5 EUR PERS/NIGHT, TO PAY IN CASE OF PURCHASE, IS 200m from the shop and the 2 restaurants, they are alternately open. You can use the big garden to play, eat and relax. In approx. 1.5 km the beautiful swimming lake and 2 tennis courts. Hikes in our beautiful mountains and on our farmed alpine pastures are recommended. About 40 minutes away is the Red Bull Ring for F1 and Moto GP.

The cottage is located on a small hill with wonderful views of the surrounding mountains and is about 2 km from Putterersee, a small swimming lake. In the vicinity, many leisure activities such as horse riding, golf, tennis, hiking, climbing, all kinds of water sports, cycling, mountain biking, archery, fishing, ski tours, skiing and snowboarding, cross-country skiing, ice skating, sledding, snowshoeing or just enjoying the peace and quiet, are offered.

This house with ~ 270m ² living space is furnished in the style of the 70s and comfortable. The ground floor is divided into kitchen, living room, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom + separate toilet and pantry. On the 1st floor there are 4 bedrooms for 2 persons each with their own shower + WC, 3 of them with a balcony and TV. In the attic is a spacious studio apartment as can be seen on the photos. Relaxation zone on our own fish ponds incl. Barbecue area.
