Perched at the feet of the Southern Alps, our yurt sits raised on the sunny side of a long, forest covered valley, far away from civilization. Surrounded by snow-capped peaks, the beautifully furnished and bright yurt is a great spot to get some headspace in nature, do some hiking or to enjoy a romantic, long weekend with a loved one. Apartment Fallnhauser - Adults only This cosy, lakeside studio-apartment for double occupancy offers every convenience to ensure a perfect holiday in all seasons. The charming house is conveniently located in the historic part of the village, situated above the lake side road, offering breathtaking views. Due to its location, the apartment is only accessible via STAIRS, and is therefore not suitable for a wheelchair! It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. NOT SUITED for CHILDREN!

The place is close to the refreshing waters of a clear mountain lake in the Austrian alps, ideal for swimming, sailing, hiking, down-hill and cross-country skiing, skydiving, mountain biking, and so much more. Salzburg is just an hour away, Vienna and Munich close enough for a day trip. The apartment is just steps from the lake, spacious and sun-filled with an open-floor living area, a large quiet bedroom and a sunny terrace and front yard. A great place for families, couples and solo travelers.

Enjoy your stay in this simple flat in an old house between Hieflau at the Enns river and Eisenerz, the medieval mining town for iron. Listen to the rushing Alpine river Erzbach; climb some peaks in the surrounding Alps or swim in the lake Leopoldsteinersee in a 10km bike ride on a cycle path. Update June 2025: works started to build a water power station on the river below the house. As a result there might be noise between 6:30am and 4pm on weekdays while the river bank is not accessible.

House on the lake (4/4), summer dream with enjoyment & nature

The lake house, my personal life's dream. But too big to use alone. Away from mass tourism in the middle of the mountains, right on the lake surrounded by forests. In and around the house everything is very generous for people and animals. Very important to us personally. In addition to two barbecue/fireplaces, the private jetty, beanbags and garden swings, rowboat, SUP and garden hut ("Villa Seen-Sucht"), our guests can use everything... so it's more fun for all of us. A special place!

To the west, our operational building, constructed in 1878, rises up with its historic cider press and adjoining horse stables. The secluded location, combined with our equine-assisted offerings, is perfect for a relaxing retreat in nature, romantic getaways, or extended hikes.

Our rentable space includes one bedroom with a double bed, desk and TV, one bathroom with a shower, as well as a kitchen with a dining area. Wi-Fi is available. There is no washing machine in the apartment, however, in accordance with us, there is the possibility to wash your clothes. Feel free to use our garden. Parking space is available.
