Fine alpine hut in a sunny secluded location

Small but great alpine hut in Zirbenland. Sunny secluded location, but still very easily accessible, not far from the asphalt road. The spot is something for peace-seeking self-catering. The real luxury at this place is the seclusion, the tranquility and the alpine and mountain panorama. When the sun is blinking through the windows in the morning and grazing the sheep and horses outside, your heart rises! On clear nights you have a fantastic starry sky, as there are very few light sources all around.

All units are very spacious with living areas between approx. 46m2 and approx. 79 m2. Some have a balcony or veranda in the classic Ausssee style. The property is situated in a prime, unobstructable, quiet¢ral location&is idyllically situated directly on the Augstbach stream. In summer the large sunbathing lawn invites you to relax.Parking is available.

The Franzosenstüberl is a rustic old grain box and offers the highest living culture for two to four people on 40 m2 (two floors). On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a small bathroom with shower and toilet, hairdryer and ample storage space, as well as a stereo system and Wi-Fi. The upper floor consists of living room, built-in double bed and single bed and a couch (a cot is also possible). A flat screen TV is available for long evenings.

The tourist tax must be paid on site. There is a special fee for dogs, we kindly ask you to contact us in advance!
