Welcome to the forest home! Our house is located at almost 1000 meters above sea level on the edge of the forest in the climatic health resort of Semmering. We have 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen on a total of about 320 m². NEW: Free shuttle throughout the stay for all major destinations in the surrounding area. Therefore, arrival and stay also possible purely by public transport! The nearest ski resort (with ample parking) is 5 km away. For kids we have a well-equipped playroom.

The chairleck with around 26 km of slopes is 5 minutes away by car. The house has a balcony and a south-facing garden with a unique view. Enjoy the ski slopes in winter and the beautiful nature and hiking trails in summer.
