Cozy cottage by Källsjö – sauna, boat & close to nature

This cottage offers a peaceful and natural accommodation by a spring lake with fresh water, which is well-suited for washing and hygiene. Please note that the cottage has no power and shower. The cottage is heated by the sauna, whose heat can be spread throughout the cottage. This makes the accommodation useful all year round. The power supply is via a 12-volt system, which is sufficient for simpler lighting. However, the capacity is limited. There is a possibility to charge mobile phones via sockets, as well as access to TV with DVD.

Full kitchen, shower and toilet. Self-catering. Öregrund is a charming place on the east coast with wooden houses and narrow alleys. In summer, there are plenty of restaurants and cafes. To the south is the Stockholm archipelago and to the north the open sea. 1.5 hours from Arlanda. Bus to Uppsala every 30 minutes. 5 minutes walk to bus station and ferry to Gräsö.

Here at Solgården, we offer this nice 30 sqm brewery with sleeping loft with 3 beds and sofa bed in the living room. But with a glassed-in patio and a porch, the space will be twice as large. The small cottage has two comfortable beds. Well-equipped kitchen, toilet and shower. The location is fantastic with sea views and access to a jetty to enjoy swimming and sun, or to borrow our two canoes or two single kayaks for a trip out into the bay. Enjoy a good dinner, grill and watch the sun go down.

There are two parking spaces if you drive here as well as municipal bus that stops 500 meters from the property.

Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Close by you will find the outdoor area Fjällnora and if you want to get into town, it is about 20 minutes into Sweden's fourth largest city where you will find all the selection of restaurants and shopping you can imagine.
