Da oggi siamo greens abbiamo attivato i pannelli fotovoltaci. Appartamento con ampie camere al margine del parco del Ticino, in zona tranquillissima. Posto auto all'ingresso della struttura riservato agli ospiti. La casa e circondata da un giardino recintato a disposizione degli ospiti. Il tracciato della pista ciclabile, che attraversa Pavia fiancheggiando il Ticino, passa davanti alla casa. Per la sicurezza, per gli ospiti più piccoli al piano superiore un apposito cancello chiude la scala.

Atmosfera classica per un’accoglienza calda e familiare “a casa della zia Clara”. Cucina attrezzata, zona di lavoro con wi-fi , 2 balconi, adatto sia per una breve sosta che per un soggiorno prolungato, si trova a pochi metri dal collegamento via autobus con Milano. This wonderful bohemian apartment is nestled in the beautiful countryside of northern Italy. 10 min car ride to Pavia and a 15 min walk through the rice fields, takes you to one of the most beautiful Monasteries in Italy. Milano is a 20 min drive away, by car or by train. The apartment is situated in an old charming farmhouse containing a living room with a dobble bed, a eat-in kitchen and a big bathroom. Access to a big green sunny garden, with lots of possibilities to live outdoor spaces.

124 acres of fields and woods surround this restored barn built in 1730, part of a tiny private village dating back to the 13th Century. Wonderful view of the hills and countryside, wide country garden. Swimming pool. The place has been published on many lifestyle magazines. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.

Splendida mansarda molto luminosa nel cuore di Stradella. Composto da una sala spaziosa, un angolo cottura super attrezzato, una camera da letto confortevole con un balcone con vista panoramica. Posizione ideale per soggiorni di lavoro ( la casa è vicino alle logistiche, autostrada e ospedale) ma anche per un weekend fuori porta alla scoperta delle colline dell'Oltrepo pavese.
