Overlooking the Cambridgeshire countryside, it is a short walk to the amenities of picturesque Kimbolton High Street (which boasts Kimbolton Castle, the final home of King Henry's VIII's first wife, Catherine of Aragon.) It is a perfect spot for walking, cycling, sailing and fishing, with Grafham Water just 3 minutes away. It is ideal for commuting with its central location and a 45 commute into London.
