Take the nearby walking trail to restaurants or the grocery store. Conveniently located just 1 mile from the north or south I-35 exit, we're about 23 minutes from downtown KC. Private studio on the second level of our detached garage behind our main house. Located in a resort-like property. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Minutes from downtown Lee's Summit. Coffee shop/bakery within walking distance. Several restaurants close by, 1 mile to iconic antique malls. Perfect place for traveling professionals. Close to Hwy 291. We use the garage for storage and to work on our vehicles occasionally, you might hear us working. *There is no smoking/vaping in the apartment*

Truman Loft

Truly one of a kind Historic property converted into a spacious, cozy loft in the heart of South KC. This 100-year-old space(5 min from HS Truman farm. He spoke on this stage on his first political campaign) has been completely rennovated with concrete countertops, beautifully vaulted ceilings, huge bathroom, built in workspace and even a fun kid's room. Let the natural light pour through the massive windows or close the curtains and dim the lights:) We hope you enjoy it as much as us!

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Former dairy barn hayloft converted into adorable loft apartment. Enjoy extreme peace and quiet. 20 minutes south of shopping and some of the finest restaurants the Kansas City area has to offer. This dairy Barn offers Wi-Fi, full size appliances, washer and dryer, two flat screen televisions with Roku. King size bed and queen size hideaway bed couch. Enjoy Southern OP in this quiet neighborhood. Our studio guesthouse has a full kitchen, TV, a new a/c/heater, and google fiber internet. In case you get lonely, we have 2 friendly dogs always looking for attention. We are about 45 minutes away from the Kansas City airport, Kauffman Stadium, Arrowhead Stadium, the KU main campus, and the Harry S Truman sports complex. We are 10-15 minutes from the Scheels soccer complex. Overland Park has plenty of Kansas barbecue and shopping.

Close to highwy, gas stations and shopping. We also have Solar panels that provide some back up for the heat/air and refrig if electricity goes out!!!

You will love your stay here in this peaceful, spacious, completely stand alone, lower-level, walkout apartment. Large patio windows west allow views into beautifully treed field. Apartment with fully furnished kitchen including coffee maker, (w/ tea, coffee), fridge/freezer, pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, and double hot plates. Please note that this is a lower level apartment. You will hear normal noise from the people living upstairs.
