The property is located within a Natura 2000 area, and an 8-km bike path leads to the sandy beach on the Szczecin Lagoon.

The house is located in a quiet area on the island of Wolin, close to the most beautiful wild beaches with wonderful cliffs, several lakes, cycling and walking routes and a golf course. Our charming three-sided farm is located on the edge of the small village of Rieth, just a few steps away from the Rieth natural harbor and the idyllic swimming area. The former colonial house is one of the oldest buildings in Rieth and has seen many residents come and go in its more than 250-year history.
