The house is located in the middle of the air spa town of Bollendorf -10Gehmin. to the outdoor swimming pool, 5 minutes walk to the Luxembourg border. Kayaking departures along the Sauer are only 10 minutes away in Dilliningen/Luxembourg! Echternach as well as Trier, the oldest city in Germany are only 10 or 30 minutes away by car. The cottage ‘Lichtberg 2’ is the smaller of the two neighbouring organic houses (see also ‘Lichtberg 1’). It is enchantingly secluded in the garden and by the field - and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway) and has been renovated with high-quality materials in line with building biology. A beautiful home for 2 or 3 guests who like to hike, meditate or simply enjoy the healthy offside. Car park with electric wall - payment to the host

Die rund 120qm großen Räumlichkeiten der Villa Feyen mit 4 Schlafzimmern ( 1 davon ist unser Reserveschlafzimmer im Erdgeschoß, ohne Badewanne ) und 3 vollausgestatteten Bädern bieten Ihnen für bis zu 8-9 Personen Platz. Es gibt einen unverbauten Blick zum Feyener Wald und teilweise zur Stadt. Die 3 Schlafzimmer haben jeweils ein Badezimmer, Dusche und WC. Außerdem im Haus gibt es noch eine Gäste WC.

The large garden overlooks the village and the surrounding vineyards and is great for all sorts of activities. Nice and warm country house to satisfy young and old. Located in the Belgian Ardennes, in the municipality of Bastogne, just 10 minutes from the Luxembourg border. In order to respect and preserve the tranquility of the village, noise outside the house must be avoided after 10pm. For safety reasons, the accommodation is suitable for a maximum of 15 people (including babies). Recharging electric vehicles is not allowed.
