The ecologically renovated apartment (about 60 square meters) is located on our Sonnenpferde farm in a secluded location in the Lippe mountains. It consists of a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (bed 1.40 × 2 m and children's travel bed), living room (with sheep sofa, dining area & TV), as well as anteroom with bed and play corner. So there are 6 beds and a baby crib available. This includes a south-facing terrace. Many animals live on our farm. Visiting dogs are welcome. Riding lessons for children are possible.

The property is located in Billerbeck / Horn-Bad Meinberg in the district of Lippe. Walking and hiking opportunities can be found in our beautiful village on the Norderteich, as well as the nice restaurant "Zur Post". There are plenty of shopping opportunities for the daily needs (Rewe, Lidl, Aldi, etc.)restaurants (including McDonalds) and leisure activities. We recommend a visit to the Externsteine (7 km), the Herrmanns Monument (15 km) or the Schieder Reservoir (12 km).

The spacious "country house" is located on an idyllic and somewhat hidden property in the countryside. It offers plenty of space for 6-7 people on its 120 square meters of living space. Large windows let plenty of light and air into the open-plan living and dining area, which is directly connected to a spacious terrace including a garden. Upstairs is a large bathroom with a hot tub and a spacious bedroom as well as another sleeping area on the open gallery.

Enjoy simple life in this quiet and centrally-located accommodation. The apartment is located in the city center of Lügde, in the street there are numerous free parking spaces available. The apartment is on the 1st floor. The house does not have an elevator! The location is a wonderful starting point for numerous hiking and cycling routes. Best to reach by car.

If you arrive with your car, you can park it comfortably right outside the door. The Westphalian thermal baths with sauna area & swimming pool are 6 minutes' walk away.
