Quietly located, with wonderful views. At the northernmost extinct volcano in Germany. Beautiful forests in the Egge Nature Park, many streams, something special everywhere. 800 meters from the train station. Family-friendly apartment with south terrace on our sunny horse farm

The ecologically renovated apartment (about 60 square meters) is located on our Sonnenpferde farm in a secluded location in the Lippe mountains. It consists of a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (bed 1.40 × 2 m and children's travel bed), living room (with sheep sofa, dining area & TV), as well as anteroom with bed and play corner. So there are 6 beds and a baby crib available. This includes a south-facing terrace. Many animals live on our farm. Visiting dogs are welcome. Riding lessons for children are possible.

The guest area with private bathroom (2nd floor) and shared kitchen (ground floor) is located in the annex of a quiet farmyard just outside (!) the village of Sande am Lippesee, 11 km from Paderborn, conveniently located near the A 33. Best to reach by car.

In this former barn, which was rebuilt and renovated in 2022, there is our 27 sqm apartment on the ground floor, with a bright and airy appearance by 3.50 m ceiling height with a fitted kitchen, sofa bed, shower room, fireplace and small outdoor terrace. Beautiful bright apartment (92 square meters) with 2 balconies

Relax and enjoy the recreational areas... you can do that in our bright, friendly apartment. In addition to a spacious living/dining room and a double bedroom, another bedroom with a single bed is available. On the pull-out couch in the living room, a 4th person to sleep. The large balcony, which faces south, is accessible from the living room and bedroom. An additional kitchen balcony invites you to morning coffee :-)
