Our farm offers a 15 m natural swimming pond and is located in an absolutely secluded location on the edge of the "Höllbachtal" nature reserve, between Regensburg, Cham and Straubing. Here you will find peace, beautiful nature, a warm atmosphere and a very cozy ambience. Our two gallery apartments with fireplace and pine beds leave nothing to be desired. All rooms can be accessed and can be locked via the surrounding balcony. Each room has heating. In addition to the modern kitchen appliances, oven, stove, washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, there is a wood stove, a long dining table with a corner bench and all kitchen accessories to supply 6 people.

Two terraces with awnings and cozy seating invite you to sunbathe or eat together. The highlights of the garden are a jacuzzi with wooden light, a fire bowl and the rustic seating area in the countryside. The property has partial lake views - the swimming lake is about a 3-minute walk away.
