Our farm offers a 15 m natural swimming pond and is located in an absolutely secluded location on the edge of the "Höllbachtal" nature reserve, between Regensburg, Cham and Straubing. Here you will find peace, beautiful nature, a warm atmosphere and a very cozy ambience. Our two gallery apartments with fireplace and pine beds leave nothing to be desired. Two terraces with awnings and cozy seating invite you to sunbathe or eat together. The highlights of the garden are a jacuzzi with wooden light, a fire bowl and the rustic seating area in the countryside. The property has partial lake views - the swimming lake is about a 3-minute walk away.

In the house, the flair of the 50s is preserved. It is idyllically located, surrounded by green and yet in the middle of the village. You can relax wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For guests, the 1st and 2nd floor are reserved and connected to the stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studio rooms.

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
