It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, air conditioning, floor heating, ventilation system, WiFi, Smart TV, king-size boxspring bed, sofa bed, river view, and elevator. The flat has its designated parking space. The multi-family building is completely barrier-free from parking lot to the flat.

Our two apartments (60 and 66 sqm) are located in a farmhouse built in 1900, also called "Trier Longhouse or Single House". The former living area of the entire complex has been converted into two APARTMENTS with a separate holiday home entrance. Next to our country house, there is an extensive, enclosed and park-like garden with a stream and pond system, which invites you to sunbathe, barbecue and relax. The property is centrally located, but in an absolutely quiet location.

A modern two-story house showcases a charming exterior with a covered deck. Soft lighting from the living area creates a warm ambiance against the twilight sky. Steps lead to the lawn, and the surrounding hillside is visible, contributing to a serene outdoor setting.
