In the winter, you have direct access to the nearly 80 miles of groomed snowmobile trails maintained by the Sayner Barnstormers snowmobile club, via Woodlands Resort and accessing the trail system on Plum Lake. Plum Lake is 1000 acre, full recreational lake in Vilas County. Our tiny house is not on water but has 22' of sandy beach, lake access a short walk away.

On Lake Content (part of the 1880-acre Big St Germain Lake chain), it is designed for multi-generational families and other large groups. The Vilas County 52-mile paved bike trail is at the end of our driveway and the Bo-Boen snowmobile trail crosses our driveway! We are on a 3 acre plot of land set back from Highway N with a dock on Plum Lake . We are 2 miles west of Sayner. There is a wonderful hiking and biking trail right across Hwy N in front of our place. The snowmobile trail runs there too and also down on the lake in front of us. There is a golf course up town, tennis courts and children's playground. The Sayne r Pub , uptown serves excellent food. There are several unique shops, 3 different churches and a fantastic museum.
