In the spring you can picnic your way through historic sites and enjoy a glass of local wine on our back deck. In the summer you can ride a horse and cook with seasonal ingredients from local farms. Walls of windows and doors bring in lots of light and there's a private patio out back. Bathroom has large walk-in shower. Bedroom has a king bed (or two twins) and a recliner for reading. A 3 minute walk from center of Red Hook and Bard Shuttle. 10 minute drive to both Bard College and Rhinebeck.

A 620 sq ft. fully private suite with own entrance. The early American farmhouse is highlighted by a darling kitchenette, hot steam shower and original MCM furniture. We live on the other side of the eyebrow colonial, originally built in 1800. Please see the other details to note, including that the kitchenette has an induction stove top and convection air fryer toaster oven. It's a great for light cooking. Please ask for a grill for cooking meat and greasy food. Thank you!

Open again April 1. Come see us. A quiet and private get away, light and airy, surrounded by forest. Birds and deer are visible from the doorways. Relaxing trails start at the cottage. After your walk enjoy the 16x36 unheated gunite pool. The cottage works well for a couple or a couple with children. 2 night minimum required. Pets welcome.
