This vacation rental consists of 2 separate bedrooms: 1 double bed (‼️140 x 200 cm‼️ / 1 pull-out bed (80 x 200 cm)), and a living room with a sofa bed (110 x 190 cm). In total, the vacation rental is 60 m² (646 sq. ft.) and can accommodate a maximum of 5Pers. suitable. The equipment of the apartment is modern and tastefully designed with a lot of love for detail. An open cozy living and kitchen area with high-quality kitchen equipment and appliances, a modern bathroom with shower and of course also lovingly furnished bedrooms are included.

Vacation in the old mill

The old mill tower is located in a quiet single-family home settlement right in the heart of the Wesermarsch. On the four lovingly renovated floors (approx. 100 square meters) with old wooden beams there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small toilet, living area with sofa bed for two, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a separate bed and a bedroom. In the garden there are two terraces with seating, including by the water of a pond. There is a children's playground directly across the street. Guest Wi-Fi available!

Entspannung pur (für die ganze Familie): Ihr wohnt in einer 125qm-Untergeschosswohnung eines charmanten, denkmalgeschützten und 2021 sanierten Hauses im alten Dorfkern Rodenkirchens, in der (niedersächsischen) Wesermarsch gelegen. Umrahmt wird das - von euch komplett nutzbare - 1600qm große Grundstück von altem Baumbestand, Wildwuchs und sehr viel Freifläche zum Spielen, Zelten oder Feiern. Surrounded by pastures with grazing cows, our 2018 renovated holiday home is located in the middle of the countryside, which used to be a small farm. The North Sea dike of the southern Jade bus is a 2km away. The idyllically located house is also ideal for a multi-generational vacation, for 2 friendly families or even for a holiday with friends. The large garden with adjoining sunbathing lawn and play equipment is fenced in and therefore suitable for small children and four-legged friends.

I am happy to pass on my cottage to people passing through or vacationers. It is centrally located in the village near the dyke. Shopping is within walking distance. Linens and towels included 3 bicycles (adult) + 1 children's 20-inch can be booked by arrangement for a small fee. E-bike on request as well. Public transportation is within easy reach. The garden in southwest location offers a garden house, seating, lounger and a relaxing hanging swing
