A beautiful 1890’s farmhouse on a private lake. Excellent swimming, kayaks, fishing and a splash pad. A great fire pit next to the water, with plenty of outdoor seating. 2 new truck loads of sand June 2025! Immerse in nature-a bald eagle nest on the property, rare Eastern soft shell turtles (had babies last year!) frogs, fish, and a wonderful array of birds and other animals. Years ago, the lake (roughly 12 acres) was a working gravel pit, now a beautiful quarry-filled by spring fed waters.
