Cosy studio loft in the heart of St Ives

This cosy studio loft conversion is situated on Royal Square in the centre of St Ives. It is a five minute walk to nearby beaches and just steps away from the main shopping streets and restaurants. The loft is equipped with everything you need. Kitchen, dining, living and sleeping areas and a shower room. The loft is in the top of a hotel but it is my home and completely separate. I live nearby with my partner most of the time so have decided to let it out. If you have any questions fire away :)

Modern eco apartment, parking & near coastal path

Welcome to 6 Toms Yard! It’s a self contained one bedroom flat with a private bathroom on the ground floor of our home. There is a private outdoor patio with bistro table and chairs and free off road parking. 20 minute walk into the centre of St.Ives and 10 minute walk to the coastal path. There is unlimited free WIFi and smart TV. The kitchen there is a double hob and everything else you’ll need. At night enjoy a king size bed with super comfy Eve mattress. Situated on the first floor, but with only eight granite steps to the apartment entrance. The living room and small balcony enjoy uninterrupted sea views of the harbour and bay. There are two bedrooms, each with a 4ft. 6in. divan bed. Both bedrooms have a TV and built-in wardrobes; heating is by electric panel radiators. The comfortable living-room has fitted kitchen area that includes a fridge/freezer and washer/drier, a large window seat to watch the world go by completes this apartment.

Ocean View Flat in St Ives with parking for 1 car

Our place is close to the beach, it is up on Porthmeor Hill with amazing views. Restaurants are close by, lots of family-friendly activities round and about including a brilliant Surf School. Very close to the National Park / National Trust There are many art galleries in the town, and the world famous Tate Gallery is just minutes walk from the flat. You’ll love the place because of the views, proximity to town and beaches and the off street parking in front of the flat.
