This cosy studio loft conversion is situated on Royal Square in the centre of St Ives. It is a five minute walk to nearby beaches and just steps away from the main shopping streets and restaurants. The loft is equipped with everything you need. Kitchen, dining, living and sleeping areas and a shower room. The loft is in the top of a hotel but it is my home and completely separate. I live nearby with my partner most of the time so have decided to let it out. If you have any questions fire away :)

Located in St Brigids/St Bridgets. No more than two well behaved dogs welcomed. Park directly outside to unload, car park 5 min walk. Situated on the quieter side of the harbour with superb uninterrupted views through the three windows to the harbour, pier and bay. Full gas central heating for cosy nights in. Easy walk to all five of St Ives' beaches, galleries, shops, restaurants and pubs and take aways. Travel cot, high chair and stair gate provided. A few steps to the beach.

Our place is close to the beach, it is up on Porthmeor Hill with amazing views. Restaurants are close by, lots of family-friendly activities round and about including a brilliant Surf School. Very close to the National Park / National Trust There are many art galleries in the town, and the world famous Tate Gallery is just minutes walk from the flat. You’ll love the place because of the views, proximity to town and beaches and the off street parking in front of the flat.

This one bedroom bohemian style flat sits right in the heart of St Ives on Royal Square, just a five-minute stroll from the beaches and steps from all the best shops and spots to eat. It’s got everything you need, a kitchen, dining area, shower room, and a super king-size bed that’s ridiculously comfy.
