We are just a few minutes drive to all EH bay and ocean beaches as well as EH Town and Amagansett Village. Walk to everything including shops and restaurants. Town Beach and doc are just under 1.5 miles away. The second bedroom has a twin bed. You have to walk through twin room to get to master. Apartment is one floor with no steps. Bathroom is tiled and shower is walk in with no lip or tub and is easily accessible.

Our home was gut renovated: all new white oak floors, updated and expanded kitchen and bathrooms make this a lovely retreat in the Hamptons. The house is on a quiet residential street, a few minutes drive from Sag Harbor village. Long Beach is nearby, with its family-friendly calm water. Sagg Main beach is 6 miles away. Please note that the pool will not be open and available until Memorial Day. Guests are not permitted to use the fireplace. No pets allowed.
