Off-street parking (4 cars), high speed wifi, Firestick TV. Great location - walk to BYOB Boat-to-Plate restaurants - easy breezy. Price is for 2 guests, additional guests $40 extra/person/night. Linens & towels included. Snow: we provide shovels/snow melt, we do our best to come shovel but can’t guarantee it.

The 1st floor consists of the kitchen, living room, half bath, and laundry. Our large backyard has a grill, outdoor shower, fire pit and plenty of room for fun. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms w/balconies and a full bathroom (w/bathtub). We have a long driveway and an easy 10 min walk to the beach. The Seagull’s Nest is a large Victorian-style home originally built in 1900. As experienced Airbnb hosts in Belmar, we enjoyed remodeling this home to keep the spirit of an old Jersey Shore beach house while also adding all of the modern amenities that everyone loves to see in a vacation rental. With plenty of space, multiple game rooms, and a central location near Belmar Marina and Main Street, it is the perfect spot for a getaway with family or friends.
