The house is located in a quiet new development area above the city. A parking space is located in front of the door. The tourist tax of €1.30 per person/day is to be paid on site in cash. It is about 64 square meters, has its own entrance with its own parking space. Vacation home on its own floor. The apartment is in the beautiful wine village of Weinsheim between Nahetal and Soonwald/Hunsrück. There are many very well-developed cycling and hiking trails in the area. In the house itself, bicycles can be safely and dryly stored. In the village, there is a bakery, an organic farm with direct sales, as well as several wineries. Highly recommended are the Italian restaurant and the associated ice cream parlor.
