JB’s Clubhouse - Entire home, perfect for families

There’s plenty of room in this 4bedroom/2bath for your entire crew. Large private fenced backyard, pet-friendly. The backyard also has a small fire pit and trampoline. I love to restore vintage furniture and so you will see some unique antique pieces in this home. As an RN, cleanliness and my priority is to maintain a safe and clean home for my guests. Everything in this home has been newly painted and comes with new linens, towels and mattresses. The carpet is newly replaced.

Home is just 7 blocks from Whitworth University, great for visiting parents to relax and reconnect close by. Sauna and pool are private for guests during stay. The Little garden Cafe with giant cinnamon rolls is just down the street. 40 minute drive to Mt Spokane hiking trails or 40 minute drive to Silverwood them park. Non smoking facility, inside or outside. Inside cozy theater seating to watch TV and snack. Nostalgic restored vintage dry bar to enjoy a glass of wine and a movie.

Ski, swim, sled, hike, make memories for a lifetime. Purchase gondola and water park tickets separately. Walk out your door to adventure.

The space: 3rd floor condo with elevator access. Convenient location with great outdoor ground patio and indoor bike, storage room/ski lockers. Keurig coffee in room with pods provided. Guests can purchase water park passes, but they are not included in the rental price. Passes must be purchased online ahead of time (3 and under are free). This allows variety to your trip, and saves money if you are not planning on using the water park.
