Bright basement apartment on the outskirts of Speyer.

Former children's room/party cellar "not a 5-star hotel ", functional and good. Non-smokers. Passage kitchen only 1.83 Approximately 1300 meters to the Technik Museum/swimming pool, 1600 meters to the cathedral/city center, lots of greenery, the Rhine and Alter Rhein are close by. A guest said I should mention the Rhine bike path, which is also very nice. I have a lockable garage with electricity for bicycles and motorcycles. There are plenty of shops and restaurants. Only suitable for allergy sufferers to a limited extent.

It has a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a sleeping alcove that can be reached via a ladder and a great view of horses, dogs and an aviary of chickens.
