Our charming and rustic guest apartment is built into half of our 8 stable horse barn on our 5 acre farm. If you are looking for a unique place to stay in Vero Beach, our guest suite is perfect. Built in 2015, it has one queen bedroom, a sleeping loft, a living area, kitchenette, a bathroom, and plenty of outdoor area to enjoy the farm, such as our fish pond, small chicken range, miniature silky fainting goats and horse Mr T. We are in the country, but close the beaches and Dodgertown.

The river view retreat is located directly above the garage (1 flight of stairs to enter). 15 miles to cruise ships & NASA/17 miles to cocoa beach. NO PARTIES! Our guesthouse is a 5 minute walk to restaurants/brewery/pub. Also located nearby (walking) is a park on the river, a library, coffee shop, pie shop, an art museum, lots of other little shops, and even a public fishing dock. We are about a 5 minute drive to the closest beach. You have your own access road, as well as your own driveway. We live on the property so we are always close if you need anything.

Or stay in, use the grill, and sit by the fire pit.

Everythig is walking distance from a nice neighborhood park and the Atlantic Ocean with beach access is an 8-10 min walk. It is very private.
