This Tiny House, lovingly built by the owner, is uniquely located on the waterfront (a canal) in the green outskirts of Spaarnwoude. The perfect combination of space, nature and proximity to the cities of Amsterdam and Haarlem. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with toilet and shower, and a dining area. Outside there is a terrace on the jetty. On the second floor, there is a double bed and a sofa, from which you can enjoy the special view over the canal.

Unique holiday house next to a lake (near A'dam)

This holiday house was with sustainable materials and is well isolated. The property covers 1800 square meters and offers a lot of privacy. The house is surrounded by a large terrace made out of hardwood, which is located 80 centimeters above the ground level so you have a beautiful view over the lake and there is always a windless place to enjoy the sun. There is also a boat available and a private pier with a matching table and sofa where one can relax and enjoy a sunset or try to catch fish.

Cottage 1 has a double bed (180×240 cm), dining table, TV, games, Nespresso coffee, tea, small... warm and cozy. In Cottage 2, the bathroom is equipped with every comfort, including underfloor heating, a rain shower, sink and toilet. The spacious outdoor kitchen is equipped with a sink, oven, 2-burner hob, kettle and milk frother. 🙂 Glamping in the Netherlands!

We offer a spacious room in Zwanenburg, overlooking the grounds of Sugar City and Amsterdam The Style Outlets! The room has a private bathroom (shower and sink) and there is a separate toilet for private use. Our dike house is just 5 minutes' walking distance from Amsterdam The Style Outlets. The station where the train to Amsterdam (10 minutes), Haarlem, Schiphol and Zandvoort departs is also a 5-minute walk away. There is the possibility to park for free on private property.
