You’ll love my place because it will not feel like a rental, has the best location on the Island, breathtaking panoramic views, remodeled kitchen, grill, 2 pools ( 1 heated in the winter), 2 hot tubs, 2 tennis courts, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, washer and dryer, dishwasher, 3 LCD TV's, upgraded premium Broadband internet and Wi-Fi throughout, gated parking lot and elevator. The views from the top floor are out of this world!

This condo has a master bedroom with a queen bed, two bunk beds in the hall & queen sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen is equipped with all appliances & cooking needs such as dishes, utensils, coffee maker, microwave, blender & toaster. Dining area sits 6. This unit is located on the ground floor which makes it very convenient to load/unload suitcases & groceries. Only a few steps to the beach. The best aspect of this condo is its location having a lots of amenities within walking distance.

The condo efficiency/loaf/unit is located on the 4th floor w/walking distance to the beach!. (Does not have a beach view) it's 'One Open Concept' condo, but roomy, well designed, comfortable, bright, with a nice little balcony. The unit has a complete kitchen, diner table for 4 people, kitchen appliances, bbq & basic utensils, AC, tile, and other amenities. The building has a very easily accessible elevator and some jumbo size carts available to carry your belongings. Come & Visit SPI!

Stunning Condo Featured On HGTV-Steps To The Beach

Our condo was featured on HGTV. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths - everything you could want for your vacation only half a block from the beach, with two pools and a hot tub. Condo sleeps 6 adults easily (1 king and 2 full beds) and there is a premium air mattress available for use in the living area. Combination of 8 people can stay in the condo comfortably. We are only allowed to accommodate 6 adults in the condo per our HOA rules.
