Oak Nest Cottage is a quiet retreat on 5 wooded acres. The humble cottage is 600 sq feet. Super clean and efficient. The private and quiet cottage includes a kitchenette, bathroom w/ shower, deck, carport and a loft bedroom w/ air cooler. It is comfortably romantic for 2 , safe & affordable for solo travelers.

We provide off street parking with a private outdoor patio. Yosemite National Park West Gate is 1 hour away! Please be aware that Apr 13 thru Jun 30 and Aug 17 thru Oct 27 a park reservation is required from 5am to 4pm on Saturdays, Sundays, and on May 27, Jun 19, Sep 2 and Oct 14. From Jul 1 thru Aug 16 a reservation is required from 5am to 4pm daily.

BIG wraparound porch to enjoy the garden. Historic Gold Rush towns, wineries, lakes, rivers, and winter sports are nearby. Yosemite's Highway 120 entrance is just a 1 1/2 hour drive away. Cozy one-bedroom historical caretaker's cottage tucked within the Willow Springs Community of Soulsbyville. Mr. Soulsby originally owned “The Ranch” and operated the quartz mine gem. The cottage has been tastefully upgraded without taking away too much of its history, design, and fixtures.
