We are 60 km. from Venice, reachable by public transport in an hour and a half. Breakfast at € 5.00 per person per day.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a traditional Venetian house from the early 1900s, completely renovated in 2023. Location close to the Duomo, if you arrive by car you will find the Park Saloni at 400 meters (€4 per day) and the Giove car park at 450 meters (€0.50 per hour). Just 1.5km from the beach, also convenient for going with a public or private boat to Pellestrina.

In the heart of the historical town, in a renovated building: 1st floor, well equipped (fibre WLAN), air conditioning, two bedrooms, bright & quiet sidestreet from the main promenade alley, about 500m from buses or boats to Venice (60/90 minutes to St Mark's square and direct bus from/to Venice airport). Garage for rented bikes. The flat is sanitized with OZONE. I own also a big flat (3rd floor) with terrace on highstreet (best for 6, but up to 8 people, 2 bathrooms).

"Porzione di casa", l'appartamento si trova al secondo piano di un classico edifico terra/cielo nel centro storico di Chioggia ed è dotato di tutti i confort necessari per trascorrere una piacevole vacanza in laguna. Ha una bellissima camera matrimoniale e una camera con due letti singoli per ospitare comodamente 4 persone, una cucina piccola ma funzionale in tutto. L'arredo total white rende l'appartamento luminoso ed elegante e rilassarsi sarà un piacere.
