Charming apartment in a beautiful Périgourdine house, with free access to the private pool of Karine the owner except on Sundays. Located in the countryside, in a green setting, with a large 6000 m² park and on the Chemin de Compostelle at the end of the garden. Only 15 minutes from Périgueux and 30 minutes from Brantôme, the Venice of Périgord, and 1 hour from Sarlat and 45 minutes from Montignac-Lascaux 4. On the 1st floor, air-conditioned, with pool views, fully equipped: sheets, towels provided.

The master bedroom features a spacious bed with white linens and decorative pillows. A carved wooden chest adds texture to the room, while a rustic chair and bedside lamp provide functional accents. Natural light enters through a window, illuminating the warm wooden floors.

We look forward to welcoming you into the characterful 'Petit Manoir' in the heart of the Perigord Vert. Our extensive gardens are the perfect place to relax, or if you wish to venture further, there are plenty of walks from the front door. The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

Delightful newly renovated cottage with cozy wood burning stove. In the heart of stunning medieval village, Quiet location but short walk to the butcher, restaurant and tabac/bar. 5 mins drive to Montignac and the Lascaux caves and beautiful villages of thé Dordogne valley. Canoeing easily accessible. Review from Allison: Absolutely wonderful. Beautiful house, everything you need for your stay. Lovely area with plenty to do and see. A refundable 300 euro security deposit will be required 3 days before your stay. we'll email you when this is due along with the rental contract required in France. In the winter months there will be a small 30euro heating fee per any stay over 3 days or more. The pool is open from June to Mid September and is not heated.
