Start your bike tour directly from the front door. Between the air spa of Xanten, the city of Geldern and the pilgrimage site of Kevelaer lies the small town of Kapellen an der Fleuth. The Dutch border is also not far away for excursions. There is a small corner store which - just like the bakery and the post office - is within walking distance. There is also an Italian restaurant and a snack bar in the village. There is a small weekly market once a week.

Upstairs is another bedroom with a bed (90 cm x 200 cm) and TV. Also the living room with a sofa bed (1.40 m x 2.10 m), another couch and a TV. Private garden with covered terrace and lawn.

Close to the pilgrimage town of Kevelaer as well as Xanten and Geldern, we live extremely centrally with the immediate highway connection A57 (1 km) and the proximity to the Netherlands. The spacious living and dining room area overlooks a large, secluded garden. Everything is light and friendly. On the large terrace you can have a leisurely breakfast, barbecue or simply sunbathe. All rooms are tastefully furnished and offer a pleasant level of comfort.
