Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Apartment Gabrijel is situated at a peaceful location in an unspoilt nature, away from the city hustle and bustle. Here, you can enjoy the peace, quiet and fresh air. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac and the 6000 square meter property borders on a fairytale forest with 3 sides, centrally located in Carinthia and only about 3 kilometers from Velden am Wörthersee. In the house, there are 2 residential units, each with a parking space. TOP:2 is a small completely self-contained apartment, which is built over an outside staircase. This includes a beautiful, spacious bedroom, a small kitchen and bathroom that is used on your own.

Small but nice!

Vacation on the sunny side of the Carinthian Rose Valley. Small but fine vacation home with separate entrance for 2 people. The amenities include a kitchen, bedroom, shower, toilet, terrace and a beautiful garden. The Wörthersee-Rosental tourism region offers numerous cultural and sporting excursion opportunities: In the surrounding area are: Klagenfurt, Villach, Velden am Wörthersee, the Drau Cycle Path. Slovenia (Bled) or Italy (Tarvis) are also worth a trip.

A spacious bedroom features a comfortable bed with white linens and two dark pillows. Sheer curtains allow natural light to fill the room, revealing a view of the surrounding landscape and distant lake through the window.

Sweet little home am Wörthersee

Entspannung pur oder high life in Velden! Wanderwege und Radwege direkt vor der Haustüre. Der Wörthersee ist keine 150m Luftlinie entfernt. Velden liegt 2km entfernt. Klein aber fein mit einem 50m2 großen Garten, wo du auf der Terrasse die Seele baumeln lassen kannst. Das neu renovierte Appartement besticht durch sein klares Design und seine Gemütlichkeit. Vom Wohnzimmer aus kannst du durch ein großes Panoramafenster ins Grüne blicken.

The single bed can be extended to a comfortable double bed (160 cm) There is also a small cooking facility and a fridge. A sink is not provided and the dishes can be done in the bathroom.

I rent my apartment on the second floor of our house near the center of Velden (5 min. walk to the lake and into the village). You will have the whole floor to yourselves. The kitchen is fully equipped and provided with cooking basics such as organic coffee, tea, pasta, sauce, oil, and spices.
