Imagine peace & quiet, 100 metres from the road up a stone track, no immediate neighbours. (Owner lives onsite in the attic of house, separate entrance). Seating areas around the house offer different beautiful views Morning sunrise, shaded south seating; but sunny in winter! Lunch/ dinner table west facing shaded by old pear tree. Dark starry nights, moonlit or Milky Way, silent or animal sounds! Village life is a 10min meadow walk. In summer a cosy traditional bar/cafe serves home-cooked food.

A bright bedroom features a spacious bed with large pillows and a light green coverlet. Two wooden nightstands with lamps are positioned on either side. Die Ausstattung umfasst eine Küche, Schlafzimmer, Dusche, WC, Terrasse und einen schönen Garten. Die Tourismusregion Wörthersee- Rosental bietet zahlreiche kulturelle und sportliche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten : In der näheren Umgebung befinden sich: Klagenfurt, Villach, Velden am Wörthersee, der Drau-Radweg. Auch Slowenien (Bled) oder Italien (Tarvis) sind einen Ausflug wert.

Modern completely new apartment with stunning view

Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Sehr ruhige Lage, für Kinder ebenfalls geeignet.

Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse und das 6000 Quadratmeter große Grundstück grenzt mit 3 Seiten an einen märchenhaften Wald, gelegen zentral in Kärnten und nur ca. 3 Kilometer von Velden am Wörthersee entfernt. Im Haus befinden sich 2 Wohneinheiten zu denen je ein Parkplatz gehört. TOP:2 ist eine kleine komplett eigenständige Wohnung, die über eine Außentreppe erricht wird. Dazu gehört ein wunderschönes, geräumiges Schlafzimmer eine kleine Küche und Bad das alleine benutzt wird.

Klein aber fein mit einem 50m2 großen Garten, wo du auf der Terrasse die Seele baumeln lassen kannst. Das neu renovierte Appartement besticht durch sein klares Design und seine Gemütlichkeit. Vom Wohnzimmer aus kannst du durch ein großes Panoramafenster ins Grüne blicken.

A few minutes drive to many ski areas, lakes, the thermal baths and interesting excursion destinations.
