Welcome to our family-friendly apartment in the biosphere model community of Hausen/Rhön. The property is idyllically located on the village pond overlooking the deciduous forest and offers everything for a relaxing stay. It has a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a guest toilet, a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with two single beds, as well as a kitchen. Garage for bicycles and car also available. Perfect for nature lovers, hikers and mountain bikers!

Elderflower House

Our house is located in Rüdenschwinden in one of the most beautiful low mountain ranges in Germany. Rüdenschwinden is a small, charming village not far from the Schwarzes Moor and Fladungen. The vacation home is detached and surrounded by a 600 square meter, fully fenced garden. Here everyone will find a place to relax, play or linger. Dogs are also welcome. The property has a car parking space. From the two balconies you can enjoy a scenic view.

Our aim is to welcome guests with a dog as well as the ones without into a friendly, cosy atmosphere. The appartment is at the edge of Oberelsbach - ideally for hikes. Basic shopping is possible and there is a nice café, a gas station and a pharmacy. Hiking and Cycling trails start directly from the house. But also there are bus lines which opperate in different directions as well as right into the heart of the hiking area.

In the 2-story accommodation, the bathroom, a bedroom, and the fully equipped kitchen are located on the first floor. Upstairs are another bedroom and the living room. The quiet garden invites you to linger and relax. Two sun loungers are also available in summer. Feel free to use the organic herbs and vegetables from the in-house greenhouse. Frankenheim/Rhön is the ideal starting point for both city and nature excursions.

Welcome to the Himmel Suite – your retreat in the middle of the Rhön nature. The lovingly renovated forest villa from 1982 is located on a 6,500 m² plot directly on the edge of the forest – surrounded by old trees and many cozy places to linger. A communal wellness area with fitness equipment, a Jacuzzi and a spacious sauna invites you to relax. Here you can relax, recharge your batteries and enjoy nature to the fullest.

The apartment is also ideal for a little break. The 1-room apartment can be reached via a small lawn and is located with its own entrance in a quiet residential area with a view. The apartment consists of a large sofa bed and a single sofa bed, as well as a bathroom with shower. Bad Kissingen, Bad Neustadt and also the Rhön are in the vicinity, as well as bike paths and hiking trails in nature.

Rhöner half-timbered house with special charm

The old half-timbered house is located in the middle of a small village in the Bavarian Rhön Biosphere Reserve. It will be occupied by you alone during your stay. It can accommodate 4 adults if 2 bedrooms are sufficient. However, there is still a single mattress in the living room. 1-2 dogs are allowed. Bicycles or motorcycles can be stored in the barn.

My place is close to the town center, with shopping, and yet very close to nature. You'll like my place because of the beautiful surroundings, the ideal location, and the outdoor space. The apartment has separate access. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, business travelers, families (with children).
