Slow down in this unique, soothing accommodation. Located in the outskirts of Son en Breugel. In the middle of the triangle Best, St. Oedenrode and Son. Villages with many restaurants and shops. Near forest, many cycling and hiking opportunities. In addition, close to arterial roads A2 and A50. Eindhoven city center is a 15-minute drive. Covered bicycle shed with charging points. Private garden in an orchard surrounded by beech hedges. Due to stairs to the top, less suitable for those with disabilities.

Luxurious studio with garden

You have access through the garden area, where you can stay freely. The studio offers a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Towels and shampoo provided. A box spring, seating, (work/dining) table and kitchenette with refrigerator and induction hob (not suitable for extensive cooking). Coffee and tea, WiFi, TV with Netflix are provided. Supermarkets and bus stop a few minutes' walk away. ASML is only a 10-minute walk. Drugs and smoking cannabis are not permitted on the entire site.

Cosy B&B with garden view (private unit).

Our B&B is situated in a private unit in our peaceful backyard. We've always loved (re)building and decorating and love being able to share this passion with our guests through our homely B&B. You'll find all facilities (private bathroom, kitchinette, upstairs bedroom) and can open the French doors to enjoy the (shared) garden. Hoeve Coudewater is a very spacious contemporary vacation home with private entrance and has recently been renovated in a part of a long gable farm, where once was the cow barn and hayloft. The living area has an entrance on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area overlooking the cow pasture. In addition, there are two separate terraces in the private garden. On the upper floor is the bathroom and the very large bedroom with "walk-in closet".

Only a 5-minute walk from the cozy city center and about a 15-minute drive from Eindhoven (Airport) and Den Bosch, you will find our house. A golf course (De Schoot) and sauna (Thermae Son) are nearby. We live on a quiet street with free parking. You have a view of our private garden. Free WiFi, Digital TV and Netflix are available.

Peace, space and privacy in rural area

Complete guesthouse with a beautiful garden and possibility to use Hottub. The stay is on the property of a former calf farm. Nature reserve is around the corner where you can also enjoy hiking, cycling/mountain biking. When you book 4 nights, one (1) hot tub evening is included. Hot tub bookable for 40 euros. The bedrooms are separated by a cabinet wall and a curtain. Smoking and pets are not allowed indoors. No visitors allowed without prior notice.

Newly built guesthouse with large veranda

After renovating our own house, a 1938 cow barn, we built an attractive studio with a large veranda and beautiful views of our house. The studio is newly built, vintage finds have been used for the interior and decoration. You can enjoy the tranquility, hiking, biking, and cities like Eindhoven, Den Bosch and Tilburg are only half an hour's drive away. Or consider the Efteling, Toverland, Utrecht and Antwerp.

Chez Dominique - Independent Studio

Our renovated "woonboerderij" (residential farm) dates from the 1850s. The large studio is located on the ground floor of our house and has its own private entrance via the large double doors. Renovated in August 2018, it consists of a large bedroom, a seating area, a small office corner, a kitchen corner with dining table and a spacious bathroom.
