Entire private guest room (former, completely renovated and modernized garage) with private entrance and private bathroom. Parking space in front of the door. A lovely stay in a quiet neighborhood, on the edge of a woodland and yet close to the vibrant city of Eindhoven; only a 15 minute drive (with your own transport or taxi) from Eindhoven Airport! Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located in the outskirts of Son and Breugel. In the middle of the triangle Best, St. Oedenrode and Son. Villages with many restaurants and shops. Close to the woods, many cycling and hiking opportunities. In addition, close to exit roads A2 and A50. Center Eindhoven 15 minutes drive. Covered bike shed with charging points. Private garden in a beech hedge fenced orchard. Due to stairs up, less suitable for those with disabilities.

The guest house has its own bathroom, living/dining room and kitchen. The spacious bedroom with King-Size bed is on the ground floor. Parking is available on your own property. Supermarket at 2km, restaurants at 1km. Also near the vibrant city of Eindhoven (18km). There are nice walking and cycling routes from the property.

't Achterommetje is very spacious and quietly located. Home is practical yet homey. Outside there are two terraces, one in the sun and one in the shade. There is a lot private due to a natural construction of the garden. The ground floor has floor heating, cooking facilities, laundry room and toilet. There is also a large fitted wardrobe for suitcases, jackets, shoes and bags. On the first floor is a bedroom with double sink, shower room, and separate toilet.

Welcome to Sint-Oedenrode, a beautiful village, full of beautiful hiking and cycling areas! And you're right in the middle of it. Only a 5-minute walk from the cozy city center and about a 15-minute drive from Eindhoven (Airport) and Den Bosch, you will find our house. A golf course (De Schoot) and sauna (Thermae Son) are nearby. We live on a quiet street with free parking. You have a view of our private garden. Free WiFi, Digital TV and Netflix are available.

Our attractive B&B "Woodpecker" is located in the middle of the wooded area between Lieshout and Gerwen. Spacious 84m2 with sleeping accommodation for 5 people. Free parking on site. The area is ideal for walking, cycling / mountain biking, a visit to the adjacent doll museum, the Van Gogh Museum in Nuenen, Eindhoven 12 km away. Several golf courses about 10 km away. The outdoor swimming pool can be used from May to October 1, weather permitting.

Peace, space and privacy in rural area

Complete guesthouse with a beautiful garden and possibility to use Hottub. The residence is on the grounds of a former calf farm. Nature reserve is around the corner where you can also enjoy hiking, cycling/mountain biking. When booking 4 nights, an evening hot tub is included. Hot tub can be booked for 40 euros. The bedrooms are separated by a closet wall and a curtain. Smoking and pets are not allowed inside. Smoking outside is no problem.

Guest suite 10 min walking distance from the city center!

The guest suite is located in the backyard of our plot, and can be reached via a side gate of our house. The studio has 2 single beds (80-200) and a cozy seating area with 2 chairs. TV available. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle and fridge. It is not possible to cook extensively. There is a small dining table with 2 chairs. In front of the Guesthouse, you have a small outdoor terrace with 2 seats.
